1. Market for 30 ton and 50ton maize milling plant:
This line be installed in Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan,Zimbabwe, Cameroon,Mozambique,Venezuela, South Africa, Malawi and so on.

2. Characteristic :

Maize mill machine line is from 5t/24h to 2000t/24h capacity with different configuration and price.
1> All is a complete line, including cleaning, degerminating, milling and packing system.

New design is PLC touch screen control system.
2> Final products : process the maize and corn to different particles of maize grits, maize meal, maize flour and maize bran.
3> New technology: Degerminator can remove the skin and germ, and get the super white maize flour.
4> Moisture dampener is double section with stainless steel.
5> Pipes which direct contact with the material are stainless steel.
6> Auto-packing machine can weighing and pack the bags automatically.

3. Simple introduction :

This 30t/24h maize flour processing line was installed in Kenya, running for 4 years and earn good profit for the client.

It uses four sets Roller mill and two sets Double section sifters.

It can produce super white maize meal, sifted maize flour high quality to cook "Ugali,""nshima" ,"posho " etc.

The PLC control system is realize by touch screen, like the mobile, all the program is in side, you can operate it by touch screen .

The automatic packing machine can weighing and packing the flour automatically, PP woven bags ,10kg,25kg,50kg,90kg etc.

This 50t/24h corn flour milling plant is running in Mansa of Zambia. The client first buy a 50t/24h in 2009,after six months

operation, he visited us again and ordered another set 50t/24h maize milling plant and a 1000 ton silo. Now he own total

capacity is 100 tons maize mill equipment.

The installed image one is normal configuration. We have other lower cost design and higher configuration for different client

to choose a proper flour milling line for different market use and different budgetary.

This line use automatic roller mill and double section sifters.

All pipes where direct contact material in flour system are stainless steel .
