This is Engineer Mr.Guo teaching the local workers how to mount the maize mill. This is the packing machine for the maize flour, like 1-5kg,10-25kg,25-50kg. The machine can pack different size bags. The maize hammer mill machine of 30 t/24h is designed specially for market in Uganda as it asked for maize flour super white and more fine,no any black points mixed. That is really different from other market like in Kenya,Zambia etc.
Normally the flour output extraction (super white maize meal) for Kenya market is from 78% to 85%.
But for Uganda market, the maize fine flour is more popular than the maize meal in Kenya and flour output extraction is from 55% to 65% in Uganda.
Both is adjustable based on raw material quality and client's needs for flour quality.
